Come on a rafting tour down the Dezadesh River
This rafting tour is suitable for all family members and all fitness levels and will take us 2.5 to 3 hours rafting down the Dezadesh river. We will be paddling and floating down the river, going through abandoned wildlife habitat, spotting for moose, bears, eagles, lynx, seagulls and other wild species. The Dezadeash River will be met by the stunning glacier blue water of the Kathleen Rive and further on flows into the Alsek River which will then end into the Pacific Ocean.
Halfway through our rafting adventure, we will stop for a short break and start a cozy campfire out in the wilderness to enjoy some marshmallows and other treats. Our final destination will be at the village of Haines Junction. Make sure to bring sandals or rubber boots: you will get wet feet!
Another important accessorie to bring: your camera. While rafting down the river, we will be spotting for moose, bears, eagles, lynx, seagulls and other wild species. Further, we will have an incredible view of the St-Elias Mountain Range, which lies within Kluane National Park. If we start our tour a few hours before sunset, you will be able experience a truly epic way of the Land of the Midnight Sun!
